You have:

• An extensive understanding of the Drupal CMS or a kick-ass propensity to learn things quick (because you're just that damn smart)
• Familiarity with common usability and accessibility guidelines.
• You have superb communication skills and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Convert design templates from PSDs into launch-ready, valid HTML/CSS
• Be familiar with usability best practices and concepts
• You know how to write and stuff, in other words, you can draft site architecture documentation like wireframes and site-maps
• Experience debugging and testing code for usability, security, accessibility and browser compatibility (IE6+, Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
• Have knowledge of Drupal-adjunct technologies such as the LAMP platform, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery (or similar JavaScript libraries)
• Be ambitious and passionate with a super positive can-do attitude
